electrical panel mounting requirements

Thank you for your comment.I have mounted the panel thru the sides with existing holes and some that we're there already.but do I hae to have something on the back of the panel.I thought of putting metal tape to cover the holes in the back of it then fire proof foam it or fiberglass it for insulation.
